Douson has its own API product performance testing laboratory, which is mainly used for API 6A, API 16A, API 17D product performance testing. Since it was officially put into use in 2015, the laboratory has completed important product testing tasks many times. Among them, the test equipment can meet the maximum torque of 1000Nm, the temperature range of -60℃~130℃, and the maximum gas test pressure of 22500psi.

The main equipment of the API product performance testing laboratory includes: water seal/air seal test bench, high and low temperature thermostat, torque test device, automatic control system, monitoring and monitoring system, etc. The whole process adopts a fully automatic computer control system, which automatically records and saves experimental data and curves; high-precision sensors monitor real-time torque and pressure, and feed back to the central control console to realize remote monitoring.
