105MPa-EE Class Downhole Corrosion-resistant Flowback Manifold

Downhole corrosion-resistant flowback manifold, equipped with two types of valves:
SG-22R (II) type Flat gate valve and PCG type hydraulic choke valve. In order to meet the requirements of oil and gas fields for valve erosion resistance, long service life and environmental protection in recent years, the SG-22R (II) type flat gate valve is upgraded and optimized from the SG-22R type. PCG Hydraulic plunger choke valve has good flow regulation characteristics and high anti-erosion ability, and has performed well in historical use records.
The SG-22R flat gate valve and PCG plunger choke valve developed by Douson have been favored by customers for their high performance in the past 20 years of use.
Downhole corrosion-resistant flowback manifold has the following characteristics:
1. Adopt an optimized technical route.
2. No additional maintenance or maintenance-free.
3. The spool and seat of the choke valve can realize zero sealing function.
4. The operating torque of the flat gate valve is small (<120Nm).
5. The valve passes the PR2F test.
6. The flat gate valve has the function of sand control and cannot allow sand settling.
Recently, Douson delivered several sets of 105MPa-EE downhole corrosion-resistant flowback manifolds to CNPC Drilling Company again. They will go to the oilfields in Xinjiang area and continue to contribute to the shale gas exploitation of our motherland.
