Year of 2001
- Suzhou Douson Co., Ltd. and Douson USA were established, to engage in the OEM business and sales business of fluid pressure control parts respectively.
Year of 2005
- Suzhou Douson passed API 6D certification and develop pipeline valve production and sales business.
Year of 2006
- "Suzhou Baoforging Co., Ltd." (forging and heat treatment base) was established to comprehensively undertake internal and external forging business, providing a reliable guarantee for the supply of raw materials.
- Suzhou Douson Valve Co., Ltd. (machining, assembly, inspection and test base) was established, and the manufacturing capacity of pipeline valve was greatly improved.
Year of 2008
- Passed API 6A certification, develop the production and sales of wellhead and Christmas tree.
- Obtained CAMERON supplier qualification.
Year of 2009
- Began to make a comprehensive transformation, entered the OBM business field, and began to shift from the OEM of parts to the self-developed complete machine market.
Year of 2011
- Obtained the qualification of CNOOC material supplier and provided complete set of equipment such as offshore platform drilling manifold.
- R&D, manufacturing and sales of subsea spherical flange connector.
