Douson 140MPa Electric Desander was Applied in Well Gaotan 1 in Northern Xinjiang

Recently, Douson 78mm 140MPa high-pressure electric cyclone desander has started service in Well Gaotan 1 in northern Xinjiang. So far, the complete set of equipment has been in stable operation for a week.

 

 

"Gaotan 1 Well" is located in Wusu City, Tacheng District, Xinjiang. It is a risk exploration well independently designed and organized by CNPC Xinjiang Oilfield Branch. On January 6, 2019, a continental clastic rock was created,and the daily output of a single well is the highest record, realizing a major breakthrough in the exploration of the southern margin of the Junggar Basin for a century.

 

 

At present, there is a large amount of sand at the bottom of the well for the first time. If the traditional filter screen desander is used, the sand will soon fill the filter cartridge, and the well needs to be stopped to clean the sand, which affects the construction period and production, and requires a large number of well site personnel to be on standby at the site, will cause a waste of resources and time. In response to this working condition, the project department urgently allocated Douson's electric cyclone desander, equipped with a sewage manifold, and went to the site to work at the same time.

 

 

 

 

 

The composite high-efficiency multifunctional desander is the key equipment used to separate the solid particles in the fracturing flowback. The sand cylinder adopts an integrated design, and there are only three external interfaces, which are convenient for on-site connection.

 

 

The cyclone desander assembly integrates cyclone and filtration, and has stable working performance; the sand storage tank can store the separated solid particles for a short time, and through real-time monitoring, when the sand storage tank is about to be full, the sand discharge operation can be carried out by controlling the sand discharge valve; Separation particle size>10μm, separation efficiency up to 95%. The electronic control system is mainly used to remotely control the electric components in the desander and read the pressure parameters. It has an automatic control function and greatly reduces the operation time of the gate valve in the conventional desander.

 

The first successful use of the cyclone electric desander in the northern Xinjiang area has won unanimous praise from customers. The installation of this high-efficiency and multi-functional sand removal and separation device will greatly improve the efficiency of spraying and discharging liquid in oil and gas fields, and greatly reduce operating costs.
