Douson Wellhead and Christmas Tree is Widely Used in Offshore Platform

In recent years, Douson and Zhanjiang Branch of CNOOC have established a good cooperation mechanism on wellhead and Christmas tree project. Since 2018, Douson has provided CNOOC with nearly 100 sets of single-barrel single-well and single-barrel double-well wellhead and Christmas tree. The main specifications: 3-1/8'' ~4-1/16'' (nominal bore diameter); 3000psi~10000psi (working pressure).
In Dongfang 1-1, Dongfang PRP, Weizhou 11-2, Weizhou 11-4, Weizhou 12-2 and other projects, Douson metal to metal sealed wellhead and Chrisamas tree fully embodies the characteristics of convenient installation and operation, reliable sealing and stable performance. In order to adapt to the narrow installation space of offshore platforms, the casing head developed by Douson adopts an embedded quick-installation locking mechanism, which not only greatly reduces the overall height of the wellhead, but also greatly reduces the on-site installation time.
The top of the 36'' single-barrel double-well template developed by Douson adopts a reliable and corrosion-resistant metal sealing mechanism, and the bottom 36'' super-large conduit adopts a specially customized high-pressure resistant rubber seal, which has successfully passed the field test and acceptance; the tubing hanger and tubing spool of the electrified submersible pump (ESP) crossing pipeline adopts a split embedded guide mechanism, so that the tubing hanger can be hung on the platform site faster, smoother and accurately positioned inside the tubing spool.
While vigorously expanding the business of offshore platform products, Douson provides customers with comprehensive after-sales services: in terms of acceptance, realize one-to-one pairing and claiming of materials; in terms of installation services, implement a two person one well service mode to ensure timely deployment and normal operation of equipment on the offshore platform.
Douson will conduct in-depth discussions with CNOOC Group on platforms and subsea scientific research projects, order projects and management models to further strengthen cooperation, strengthen exchanges in petroleum equipment research and development, deepen cooperation mechanisms, contribute to the country's strategic goal of "moving towards deep blue".
