Douson self-operated emergency shut-off safety valve, served for the first time in the supporting project of Sinopec Sichuan-East Gas Transmission Pipeline: Jintan Salt Cavern Natural Gas Underground Gas Storage Project. Jintan gas storage is located in Jintan District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu. It is the first large-scale salt cavern gas storage project of China city gas, and also the first commercial salt cavern natural gas storage in China.
Douson self-operated emergency shut-off safety valve is a new type of gate valve with automatic control and automatic closing developed independently: the self-operated hydraulic system can automatically shut off in the event of fire, abnormal wellhead pressure, or Christmas tree damage the wellhead or pipeline (valve closing speed≤3s), to prevent the flow of dangerous media and protect the safety of personnel, equipment and the environment. It can also realize local manual control and remote control. The self-operated emergency shut-off safety valve can be called "the intelligent product in the valve industry".
