The Huang 202H2 platform is a key well and a benchmark well for Western Drilling to implement fracturing in the Sichuan-Chongqing area. It is also the first time that the remote control construction scheme of key fracturing equipment in the whole process has been adopted. The main product specification is 7-1/16"×20000psi, the high and low pressure manifoldslarge diameter universal swivel manifolds, fracturing wellhead gate valves, all provided by Douson. From the installation in January 2021 to the end of fracturing on September 23, a total of 4 wells and 100 stages of fracturing were implemented. Douson service personnel followed up the whole process 24 hours a day, providing a reliable guarantee for the safe and effective operation of fracturing equipment.
Through the service of this platform, not only witnessed the good quality control level of Douson products, but also exercised and improved the professional level of service personnel. It is worth mentioning that Comrade Yang Lianren from the after-sales service department arrived at the platform in May and gradually grew from an operator to a team leader.
