The new generation of energy-saving electric manifold developed by Douson went off the production line smoothly, and the first batch of them was delivered for use.
The new generation of electric manifold is equipped with a new generation of electric ultra-high pressure valve independently developed by Douson. Compared with traditional electric valve, the performance is more stable and the energy consumption is lower.

The new generation of electric gate valve opens the valve under the condition of full pressure difference (140MPa). The torque variation range is small and uniform during 200 repeated tests. On-site maintenance and repair costs.

The new generation of electric gate valve adopts a new concept, structure and production process, which greatly reduces the loss of electrical energy and mechanical energy, and improves the efficiency of converting electrical energy into kinetic energy of the gate. Strong sand control ability
The new generation of electric gate valve can adapt to the flowback conditions of large displacement fracturing with a sand diameter of 140/70 mesh, and the failure rate is more than 70% lower than that of traditional electric valve.

Each valve can communicate with the user's data acquisition system to achieve remote control and digital management.
Higher adjustment accuracy
