Integral Quick Installation Wellhead and Christmas Tree Offshore Oilfield Application Site
Compared with the land-split conventional wellhead and Christmas tree, the integral quick-installation wellhead and Christmas tree reduces the overall height and is completely suitable for the compact offshore platform space; the integrated structure of the casing head and the tubing head reduces the external space between the two. The connection reduces the leakage points, and at the same time reduces the number of disassembly and assembly of the blowout preventer group during drilling, saves manpower and material resources, improves drilling efficiency, and reduces drilling costs.
The integral fast-installation wellhead and Christmas tree developed by Douson adopts sufficient theoretical calculations and finite element analysis, and has been fully verified through in-plant trial assembly and pressure cycle tests to ensure the stability and reliability of the integral design; the hangers are all used the internal locking circlip structure reduces wellhead pressure leaks, and is equipped with Douson's patented delivery tool with low make-up torque and convenient installation and operation; the hanger adopts the mandrel type + emergency slip type matching, and the mandrel hanger installation does not need cutting and grinding the casing, at the same time, emergency slip hangers can be used to deal with emergencies downhole. Douson has its own imported casing inner cutting machine and provides on-site service.
