Localization of Coiled Tubing Well Control Equipment — New Growth of Douson's Performance

Coiled tubing technology is widely used in workover, drilling and completion of conventional oil and gas fields and unconventional oil and gas fields due to its high operating efficiency, wide application range, centralized equipment operation, safety and reliability, and can adapt to various environments such as mountains, plateaus, deserts and oceans, wells, well logging, stimulation, fracturing and other fields. In particular, it has great potential in improving the development of unconventional oil and gas such as tight oil and gas, shale oil and gas, and coalbed methane, and has the advantages of efficient use and outstanding economic advantages, which is very consistent with the national strategy of large-scale development of unconventional oil and gas. Coiled tubing technology has been widely verified in developed oil and gas regions in North America.
Douson and Jianghan Research Institute of CNPC signed a technical agreement on the cooperative development of coiled tubing machine blowout prevention systems. For products such as coiled tubing blowout preventers and blowout preventers, Douson will give full play to their respective advantages and jointly carry out research and development and trial production. It involves 3.06*10K, 4.06*10K/15K, 5.12*10K/15K four-ram coiled tubing blowout preventer, 3.06*10K, 4.06*10K/15K single/dual packer, 3.125*5K, 4.06*5K , 5.12*2K composite function ram blowout preventer stack, large diameter tubing hanger, blowout preventer and more than ten coiled tubing operation equipment.
In the past five years, Douson has provided nearly 100 supporting products for various projects of CNPC Jianghan Research Institute. Made an important contribution to the localization of coiled tubing operation equipment, including four-ram coiled tubing blowout preventer, single packer, dual packer, composite double-ram coiled tubing blowout preventer, large-diameter manual/hydraulic suspension devices, anti-blowout pipes, etc.
The large-diameter tubing hanger is a special equipment customized for coiled tubing completion operations, including a manual compound single ram tubing hanger and a hydraulic compound double ram tubing hanger. This project is a continuous tubing completion technology, which has the characteristics of high operating efficiency, high safety, and wide adaptability to the environment. For this process, Douson has developed and designed a special tubing suspension device, which plays the role of hanging the tubing and sealing the wellhead during the operation, which is the first in China. Douson equipped six sets of operation vehicles of Jianghan Research Institute of CNPC with this equipment, and completed nearly 50 gas wells.
5.12*2K coiled tubing BOP stack is a special equipment customized for shale gas exploitation of CNPC Jianghan Research Institute, including composite double ram coiled tubing BOP, single packer, hydraulic operation window, BOP and other equipment. Among them, the ram of the composite double ram coiled tubing BOP is a suspension-semi-sealed, shearing full-sealed ram, which greatly reduces the weight and height of the equipment while meeting the requirements of technology and function, and meets the operating requirements.
Douson conventional four-ram blowout preventers, blowout preventers and other equipment have been equipped on many coiled tubing vehicles, and are in good use, and have gradually replaced imported products. In addition, Douson has also provided coiled tubing well control equipment for many oil service companies and oil fields. The continuous increase in research and development investment in coiled tubing well control equipment will create a higher profit growth point for Douson.
